This package contains

• 1 loaf  x 250gm sourdough
• 1 bottle x 100gm butter ( Choice of butter – Honey Vanilla or Brown Sugar Honey Cinnamon or Bacon & Cheese or Pesto Parmesan Butter)

Possessing a full-bodied wheat flavour, yet without any discernable off-notes. It has a dense but springy texture that stands up very well to additional ingredients, this is our go-to sourdough loaf for pairing with our artisanal butter!

**Our sourdough is naturally leavened using a starter which comprises of fermented flour and water mixture that contains wild yeast and good bacteria. Of course, where ingredients are concerned, we spared no expense with the ingredients that we use – such as top grade japanese bread flour and whole wheat flour.
