Oleos HQ is in Singapore. All orders are packed and shipped from our warehouse in 61 Shun Li Industrial Park. For order placed on Monday to Wednesday before 5pm, the delivery will be done on Friday. For order placed on Thursday to Sunday before 5pm, the delivery will be done on Tuesday.

If the customer requests for order cancellations, Oleos reserves the right to accept or reject requests for order cancellations at its sole discretion. Cancelled orders may be subjected to a cancellation charge of 75% of the invoice value. If we receive a cancellation request and the order has not been processed, we will cancel the order. We are not able to cancel orders that have already been processed, or its way to delivery or have already been delivered. Oleos, at its sole discretion, may decide whether an order has been processed or not.

Oleos reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order. Such cancellation might be due to limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems of customer's serious outstanding payment identified by our accounts department or other reasons. Furthermore, we reserve the right to require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact the customer if any order is cancelled or if additional information is required.

Oleos maintains the following strict return policy for all the consumables on this website. Refunds are issued under the following circumstances: Products are exchangeable on a 1 to 1 basis (excluding shipping) or can be used as credits for your next purchase. We advise all customers to examine their received products are in good condition upon delivery. We will not be liable if products are damaged due to negligence of the customer. If you wish to return your product, please send us an email at contactus@oleoleos.com and we will help you sort out the shipping. We will refund the full amount of your purchase (excluding shipping) to you within 30 days according to our return policy (see above). The money will be refunded to the source it was paid from, either PayPal account or Credit Card.

If you come across any difference in pricing on the website pre and post orders, we request you to contact us within 48 hours of placing your order. Oleos shall then refund the difference amount within 10-15 business days of transaction. The mode of refund will be the same as at the time of placing the order. Direct Bank Transfer order refunds will be done by Cheque. In cases where Oleos comes across any such difference in pricing, it has all the rights to rectify the same or cancel the order. If you have paid a lower amount, Oleos may request you to pay the difference. We do not practice aggressive hard selling and unethical sales tactics.
